Delivery Charge for UK Customers

Delivery on all items from Simply Stunning Lingerie is only £4 per order. So no matter how much you order from Simply Stunning Lingerie, you will only pay £4. All items within the UK are sent via First Class Recorded Delivery.


Delivery Time Frame

We aim to please every customer that buys from Simply Stunning Lingerie, unfortunately some delivery delays are out of our control. We will always keep you informed of any delays on our side if there are any. Please allow at least 28 days for your delivery.

Returns

Here at Simply Stunning Lingerie we hope you won’t want to return your purchase, as we want to satisfy all of our customers. However, if you do need to return your purchase we will only do so if the item or items are faulty or significantly not as described. We cannot return if the item has been worn or tried on. Please take care to make sure you order the correct size by visiting the size chart section of this website. We will only accept returns if they come back to us in the way they arrived with you. If they smell of smoke or pets, or have been marked while in your possession, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on these items.

If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us the day you receive the goods and return within 5 working days after purchase.
